Shipping Information Promotional Products All promotional products are shipped via Standard ground service. If you have a preferred shipping method, or would like to request a faster shipping, please indicate your desired service on your purchase order. Product are shipped from various supplier and warehouse locations in Canada and the United States depending on the product, available stock and service required. Product usually ships 7 to 15 days after approved artwork depending on product availability. Please check product details for estimated delivery times. We reserve the right to use a faster shipping service to meet deadlines.
Purchases from the CM Design Gift Shop Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from of the day the order is received from a stock/location dependent warehouse. All orders will be shipped standard mail by default. Please call for expedited services. Shipping times will depend upon the level of service selected and package destination. We cannot guarantee availability of items. You will be notified if any of your order cannot be filled for any reason. You will only be charged for items that are shipped to you.
